A new product experience and refreshed design direction that captures the ebullient personality of the brand and reimagines it for the future.
I joined the team to help support strategy with defining new initiatives, creating a new user experience and UI design for the app.
Collating data from the app, customer insights on how people behaved, and drivers that would provide more value we began workshops to conceptualise, iterating for weeks on a new direction that reflected a holistic look at the consumer app product experience.
App serves customers with trusted recommendations and supports the different ways customers want to search for food. Taking them to food quickly with dish-level recommendations and shows popular cuisines in their area in quick links.
Menu pages include restaurant stories to help partners establish a connection with customers while building confidence and trust with relevant tips and reviews.

Account and Loyalty
We created a simple, easy to understand loyalty scheme that made customers feel special and encouraged them to return. Users earn points and get rewarded, with higher value rewards at higher tiers increasing appeal and access to VIP perks to make users feel their loyalty is being rewarded.
